Our fees depend up on the nature of the violation or crime charged, the number of violations or charges combined in one ticket, and other factors such as your driving or criminal conviction history. Most cases in our ticket dismissal service (which involves the automatic generation of court pleadings to overwhelm the opposition and force them into caving in or at the very least offering such a sweet deal you'd thought it never happened) are $250.00 flat fee for one violation. If the officer tacked on a few extras in the same traffic stop we reduce the rate a good bit for each additional charge/infraction. DUI and other misdemeanor charges are more expensive, but are fees are not unreasonable. Fees for criminal defense representation vary depending on your driving abstract, previous criminal charges, arrests, and convictions because you could possibly face a stiffer punishment or greater fine. The local prosecutors in both infractions and DUI cases often fight those harder as well. Thus, please call us to discuss your situation and we will arrive at a fair, flat fee in those cases as well. |
